Food Temps & Delivery Using Mobile App

Enable Food Temperatures

Before you can enter a food temperature, your sponsor needs to turn on this feature. To turn on food temperature tracking:

  • Click on Site Details from the main dashboard
  • Scroll down to Food Temperature Settings
  • Click the box that says "Enable Food Temperatures"
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button

When the box is checked to Enable Food Temperatures, an option appears on the mobile app main screen called "Food Temps & Delivery"

Recording Food Temperatures and Delivery Information

  • Tap on “Food Temps & Delivery” on the main mobile app dashboard. This will take you to the food temperature entry screen for the current date. If you need to enter food temperatures or delivery information from prior days, you need to do so on the web app.
  • Complete the following fields:
  • (Optional) Record the number of meals received or prepared.
  • Enter the food temperatures. You may enter one, two or all three food temperatures.
  • Select whether the meal type is Hot or Cold.
  • Enter the Delivery Time.
  • Select "Apply kitchen staff signature to delivery receipt" to allow the Kitchen Staff user to certify that the meals received/prepared is accurate and apply their signature to the delivery receipt.
  • Click “Submit”

Temperature when leaving facility Your sponsor determines whether this option is displayed or not and whether it is required.
Temperature at time of delivery Your sponsor determines whether this option is displayed or not and whether it is required.
Temperature at time of service Your sponsor determines whether this option is displayed or not and whether it is required.
Meal Type Select Hot or Cold. This will matter if your sponsor is disallowing meals that are outside of a safe temperature range.
Apply Kitchen Staff Signature to delivery receipt Only kitchen staff and sponsor admin users may check or uncheck this box. It is displayed for other users but they cannot change it.
Delivery Date & Teim This will default to the current date and time. You may change it if necessary.
  • When you have completed the food temperature and delivery entry, tap the Submit link
