Missing CN Label or Product Formulation Statement
How it Gets Triggered
Site Details are configured to disallow meals for which the CN Labels or Product Formulation Statements are missing or expired.
How to Get Details
From the main dashboard, click on "Menu" and then "Labels" to see if your sponsor has enabled this feature. If you do not see the button for Labels on your menu calendar, then please contact your sponsor.
What to Do Next
- Enter the dates for the CN Label or Product Formulation Statement and upload a file (optional). If none exists, meals must remain disallowed.
- If you do not want to disallow meals without CN Labels and Product Formulation Statements: uncheck the box "Disallow meals if CN Label or Product Formulation Statement is not uploaded" in Site Details.
