Disallow meals if fluid milk substitute is not on the menu and a participant with a fluid milk special dietary need attends the meal
This setting controls the error "Fluid milk substitute not offered to participant with special dietary need"
To change this setting:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.
- Scroll down to the section for "Menu Settings"
- Make your selection on the checkbox
- Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.
- This feature is most helpful for sites that are required to conduct a substitute milk audit as it makes sure that all meal counts for participants with special dietary needs are accounted for in the audit.
- Having this box checked will trigger the error "Fluid milk substitute not offered to participant with special dietary need".
- Special Diet will track the details about the use of fluid milk substitutes.
- Sponsors can use Manage Site Configurations to
- set the default for this setting for new centers, sites and providers and
- change this setting for existing centers, sites and providers.
- This field will be hidden if the slider for Hide Settings That Can Be Managed from the Sponsor Level is enabled
