Automatically Update FPR When Meal Food Items Change

This setting controls what happens when there is an existing food production record and a food item is deleted or added:
If this box is checked
- Food production records are updated automatically with the new or removed food items.
If this box is unchecked
- Food production records are not updated automatically if there is a new or deleted food item on the menu
- If food production records are not manually updated to match the food items on the menu, then an error will be triggered during Check for Errors that says "Food Items on Menu do not Match Food Items on Production Record"

To change this setting:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.

- Scroll down to the section for "Menu Settings"
- Make your selection on the checkbox

- Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.
