Guardian Authentication (Ready Records) [Setting]
This only applies to those using Ready Records.
This setting controls if a parent/guardian completing a Ready Records request is required to provide the date of birth for one of the children in the household in order to access the form. This prevents personal information from being accidentally shared if a parent’s phone number or email is entered incorrectly.
- If Child Birthdate is selected under Guardian Authentication (Ready Records), then a birth date will be required to access the form.
- If None is selected, then there is no requirement to access the form.
To use this setting:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin.
- Click on the green button for Setup.
- Click on Sponsor Setup.
- Scroll down to the Manage Enrollment And Income Form Reminder Emails subcategory.
- The default for the field labeled Guardian Authentication (Ready Records) is set to None.
- You can select Child Birthdate from the dropdown options.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.
