Enter an Infant Meal Notification [Feature]

This feature allows users to document whether the parent or the provider or center is providing iron-fortified infant formula and solid foods.

To use this feature:

  • Click on Participants & Rosters on the main dashboard.
  • Click on the name of the participant
  • Scroll down to the Infant Meal Notification section and click the blue Add button
  • Enter the fields:
    • Notification Date
    • Formula or Breast Milk
      • Select from Center/provider, Parent or Breastmilk
      • Parent Brand of Formula
        • Select specific brand
          • The brand selected will appear in the drop-down menu for milk when entering an Infant Menu by Name
      • Center/Provider Brand of Formula
        • Select specific brand
          • The brand selected will appear in the drop-down menu for milk when entering an Infant Menu by Name 
            • Breastmilk is not an option for the center or provider brand of formula.
      • Solid Food Source
        • Select center/provider or parent
      • Upload Form
        • (Optional): A scan or photograph of the form may be uploaded here
    • Click “Save”.
