Invoices

If you are a Sponsor Admin user, you can see your My Food Program invoices in the software, along with the link to pay.

To view and pay My Food Program invoices:

• Login as a sponsor. This will take you to the main sponsor dashboard.
• From the sponsor dashboard, click the tab that says Setup

• From the sponsor setup screen, click the button that says "Invoices".

• You will see the list of invoiced sites on this screen.

• Click the Invoice Date from the main invoice screen to view the list of sites associated with that invoice, including a summary of the site count at the top of the page

• Click the Invoice Link to be directed to our payment portal (Wave).
