Site ID for CCMS [Feature]
This feature allows users to link their account in their child care management software with My Food Program.
Once this link is established, the below might be possible, depending on the specific child care management software used:
- Participants created in child child care management software can be sent over to My Food Program
- Menus entered in My Food Program can be sent to the child care management software
- Attendance and meal counts entered in the child care management software can be sent to My Food Program
How to use this feature if you are a sponsor user:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- The SiteId will be listed at the very top of the page with the option to "Copy to Clipboard" for easy pasting into your child care management software
How to use this feature if you are a provider or center user:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- Click the button at the top of the page that says "Edit Allowed Fields"
- The SiteId will be listed there along with the option to "Copy to Clipboard" for easy pasting into your child care management software
Contact your child care management software directly if you do not know where to enter the SiteId.
