Portioned Infant Menu Spreadsheet

This report is for sponsors and sites in states that require a portioned menu for infants under 12 months. A portioned menu is different from a standard menu in that it has the portion sizes for ages 0-5 months and 6-11 months listed right on the menu.

To Run the Report:

• Click on Menu from the main site dashboard. This will take you to the menu calendar.

• Click on the icon at the top that says Print Menus.

• Enter the date range for the report using the date picker.
• Click the hyperlink that says "Portioned Infant Menu Spreadsheet" and the file will download automatically.
