1 Year and Older Portioned Menu Spreadsheet [Report - Site Version]
This
report contains the name of the food item and the portion sizes for
USDA age ranges 1-2 yrs, 3-5 yrs and 6-12 yrs. The spreadsheet will be
formatted by the week and automatically fit on one page.
*You can run this report from either the Menu screen or the Reports screen. Both instructions are below*
To run this report from the Menu screen:
- Click on Menu from the main site dashboard. This will take you to the menu calendar.
- Click on the icon at the top that says Print Menus.
- Enter the date range for the report using the date picker.
- Click the hyperlink that says Portioned Spreadsheet and the file will download automatically.
To run this report from the Reports screen:
- Click on Reports from the main site dashboard. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- From the report selection screen, click on Food Service Operations category.
- Scroll to the Menus subcategory.
- Click on the hyperlink that says 1 Year and Older Portioned Menu Spreadsheet.
- Select a date range.
- Click on the green Run Report button to generate a hyperlink.
- Click on the hyperlink to Download Report as a XLXS.
