SFSP Second Meals

This feature allows sponsors to adjust their claimable second meals in order to maximize the reimbursement. When creating
claims, My Food Program automatically sets the claimable second meals count at 2% of the site first meals. However, some state agencies allow sponsors to claim second meals at 2% of the sponsor first meals. This screen shows second meals that were disallowed and enables sponsors to move them from disallowed to claimed with automatic error checks to ensure that the overall 2% limit is not exceeded.

• Login as a Sponsor Admin
• Click on the green Claims Tab

• Click on the button for SFSP Second Meals

• Select the month/year
• Click the green Load button
• Make any necessary adjustments
• Click the green Save button
