Site Holds

This feature allows sponsors place a site on hold.

• If there is an End Date entered on the Site Hold, then the claim will be created as normal except all meals will be disallowed for the Site Hold date range with the reason Site on Hold
• If there is no end date to the Hold, then further claims will be placed on hold automatically

To place a provider or center on hold:

• Click on Site Details from the main dashboard.

• Scroll down to the section called “Site Holds”.
• Click “Add Hold”.
• Enter the Hold information:
• Enter the Hold Start date
• Enter the hold Reason
• If you know when the hold will be released, enter a Hold End Date
• Click the green Save button
