Space/Time Percentage
This feature is for tracking space/time percentage.
- For family child care homes, the space/time percentage is relevant for tax reporting.
- For other site types, the space/time percentage is used for distributing expenses between Program and Non-Program expenses.
To use this feature:
- Click on Site Details on the main dashboard
- If you are a family child care provider, click on the button that says "Edit Allowed Fields".
- If you are not a family child care provider, then scroll down to "Additional Site Information"
- Enter the space/Time Percentage and enter your space-time percentage
- Click the green "Save" button
- Our expense entry feature is where you can split expenses according to the Time Space percentage
- The Time Space Percentage Report will help with tax reporting for family child care providers
- The Expense Detail Report will have information about the split between Program and Non-Program Expenses
