Special Diet Report
A list of special diet form records for all participants.
To Run the Report
- Login as a sponsor user. This will take you to your sponsor dashboard.
- From your sponsor dashboard, click on the green tab for Reports. This will take you to a screen to select the appropriate report category.
- On the screen to select the report category, select Food Service Operations Reports.
- From the list of available reports, click on the hyperlink for Special Diet Report.
- Select specific sites or select all sites.
- Click the green Run Report button to generate the file.
- Click on the Download File hyperlink to download the report as a PDF.
