Add an All-Site Closure or School Release Date: Single Day

This feature is for sponsors that would like to mark a closure for all of their centers, provider or sites without going into each one individually.

On a date with a closure, sites will be prevented from entering attendance or meal counts. If a closure is entered after attendance or meal counts have already been entered, the meals will be disallowed.

To use this feature:

• Click on “Setup” from the main sponsor dashboard.

• Click on All-Site Closure or School Release Dates

• Navigate to the Single Day Closures section
• Click the blue “Add” button.

• Enter the required fields:
• Reason Off Site
• Select from Field Trip, Closure or Holiday
• Enter the Date

• Click Save
