Principals

This feature allows you to track information about the principals of a sponsoring organization. A sponsor principal is typically defined as the owner of a for-profit organization or a member of the Board of Directors or an executive-level staff person for a nonprofit organization.

- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the green tab for Setup

- Click on the icon labeled "Principals"

- To add a new principal, click the blue "Add" button
- To edit an existing principal, click on their name
- Enter or edit the fields:
- Name: include the name as it appears on official documents
- Position
- Birthdate: to ensure the principal is not on the National Disqualified List
- Term Dates: only relevant for members of the Board of Directors
- Address
- Email Address
- Employer
- Job Title at Employer
- Conflicts: record conflicts of interest.
- Checkboxes
- Can Vote
- Receives Compensation
- Click “Save”.
