Training hours required as part of visit unless provider not home
This setting controls whether monitors need to add training when they are entering a site visit. This setting is most helpful for those sponsors who provide training during monitoring visits to fulfill the annual CACFP and Civil Rights training requirements.
If this box is checked:
- The monitor must enter training or an alert banner will appear.
- Special Note: In order to generate a link to complete an electronic form, the visit must be saved.
To use this setting:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- Scroll down to the "Site User Settings" section
- Make your selection
- Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.
