Allow Staff to Add Participants on the Mobile Version

Sites that are not required to enter full contact household contact information can add participants to their rosters using the mobile version of My Food Program.


If full contact household information is required, then participants must be entered using the Full Version of the software.

To allow sites to add participants using the mobile version of My Food Program, sponsors should start by clicking on "Site Details" from the main site dashboard.

  • Scroll down to the section on "Site User Settings"
  • Check the box for "Allow Staff to add Participants on Mobile"
  • Click Save
