Allow Site-Level Users to Create and Edit Infant Development Readiness Dates

This setting will control whether providers and center staff can change the date at which an infant is designated as developmentally ready for solid foods.


If this box is checked

  • When participants are created, their infant developmental readiness date will be set to the default date according to your sponsor policy.
  • Providers and center staff will be unable to change the dates.
  • Sponsors will need to adjust infant developmental readiness dates.


If this is checked
  • When participants are created, their infant developmental readiness date will be set to the default date according to your sponsor policy.
  • Providers and center staff can adjust the dates of infant developmental readiness.
  • Sponsors also retain the ability to adjust the dates of infant developmental readiness.
To use this setting:
  • Login as a Sponsor Admin
  • Click on the tab for Setup
  • Click on Sponsor Setup

  • Scroll down to the checkbox labeled "Allow Site-Level Users to Create and Edit Infant Development Readiness Dates"
  • Make your selection
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
