Daily Menu Production Worksheet for Summer Food
This production worksheet is specific to the Summer Food Service Program
and includes information about meals, components, menus, food items,
food production and meal counts. This format has all the components
required by the Texas Department of Agriculture.
- Login at the site level and click on Reports from the main site dashboard
- From the report selection dropdown, select Food Service Operations Reports.
- Scroll down and click on the hyperlink for Daily Menu Production Worksheet for Summer Food.
- On the report screen, select the date range for the report.
- Click the green Run Report button to generate a download link
- Click on the hyperlink to Download Report in PDF format.
