Disallow Meals if Participant is Not Observed or Expected at Site Visit

You have the option to disallow meals if a participant is not observed during a review visit or expected to participate in the meal service. 


To turn on this disallow reason:

  • Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
  • Scroll down to Claim Settings and check the box labeled "Disallow Meals if Participant is Not Observed or Expected at Site Visit".
