Sponsors have the option to hide the full Claim Summary Report and only show the Sponsored Claim Summary Report.


  • Check this box if you do not want your centers to see how much of the total claim goes to the sponsor for admin.
  • Leave this box unchecked if you want your centers to see the full details of the claim.
