Hide Submit to Sponsor for Current Calendar Month

This setting controls whether centers, sites or providers are allowed to submit their claim before a calendar month is complete.
If this box is checked centers, sites and providers:
- Cannot submit their claim to their sponsor until a calendar month is complete (i.e. until the 1st day of the following month)
If this box is not checked centers, sites and providers:
- Can submit their claim to their sponsor at any time, even if the month is only partially complete.
Hiding the Submit to Sponsor button for the current calendar month prevents centers, sites or providers from prematurely and accidentally locking themselves out of entering meal counts or menus.

To change this setting:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.

- Scroll down to the section for "Claim Settings"
- Make your selection on the checkbox

- Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.

- Centers, site or providers with this box checked will not see the "Submit to Sponsor" button until the first day of the following month.
- Sponsors can use Manage Site Configurations to
- set the default for the setting for new centers, sites and providers.
- change the setting for existing centers, sites and providers.
- This field will be hidden if the slider for Hide Settings That Can Be Managed from the Sponsor Level is enabled

The status of this setting for all sites is included in the Site Export Report
