Display additional options on the headcount screen [Setting]

This setting controls which fields are displayed on the screen when taking a headcount meal count on the full web version or the mobile app.

  • If this box is checked, the sponsor can control which of the following fields in addition to “First Meals” are available when taking meal counts:
    1. Meals Received/Prepared
    2. Meals Available from Previous Days
    3. Second Meals Served to Children
    4. Meals Served to Program Adults
    5. Meals Served to Non-Program Adults
    6. Non-Reimbursable Meals
    7. Leftovers
    8. Number of Additional Children Requesting a Meal
  • If this box is unchecked, then only First Meals is displayed.
  • Login as a Sponsor Admin (only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox).
  • Click on the Sites button from the sponsor dashboard.
  • Click the hyperlink for the site you would like to edit.
  • From the main site dashboard, click the Site Details button.
  • Scroll down to the Attendance & Meal Counts section.
  • Select the box labeled Display additional options on the headcount screen.
  • Once selected, you will see a list of other available options to choose from, including:
    • Show Meals Received/Prepared
    • Show Meals Available from Previous Days
    • Show Second Meals Served to Children
    • Show Meals Served to Program Adults
    • Show Meals Served to Non-Program Adults
    • Show Non-Reimbursable Meals
    • Show Number of Additional Children Requesting a Meal
    • Show Leftover Meals
  • Scroll down and click the green Save button.
