Require Food Production Records Before Meal Counts

This is a checkbox at the site-level under Site Details in the section "Attendance & Meal Count Settings".

Only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox.

If this box is checked, then users are required to enter a menu and create a food production record before participants can be checked in for a meal. 

They will receive a message telling them that a food production record is required.

• This will not prevent entry of meal counts on an infant roster since infant food item are not covered by a food production record
• This feature only works for point-of-service or daily meal entry methods. Does NOT apply to:

• Weekly Attendance and Meal Count from Paper
• Monthly Bulk Entry by Name
• Multi-Day Meal Packs (SFSP Only)
