Do not include ARAM participants in income and enrollment form reminders

This setting controls whether participants with the program type ARAM will be included in the:

  • Missing Forms Report and
  • the dashboard button prompt regarding participant with missing, expired or expiring forms.


This setting is most relevant for those sites that have school-age children participating in CACFP exclusively during the summer months and the ARAM program exclusively during the school year.


If this box is checked:

  • Participants with the ARAM program type will be excluded from the missing forms report and dashboard icon for missing paperwork


If this box is not checked:

  • Participant with the ARAM program type will be included in the Missing Forms report and the dashboard icon for missing paperwork. You should keep this box unchecked if you are a child care center with school-age children participating in CACFP exclusively during the summer months and the ARAM program exclusively during the school year.

To change this setting:

  • Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.
  • Scroll down to the section for "At-Risk Afterschool Meals (ARAM) Settings"
  • Make your selection for the checkbox
  • Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.
