Set ARAM Participants to Pending when Enrollment Expires

This setting controls whether participants with the program type ARAM will be automatically set to Pending status if their enrollment form expires.
This setting is most relevant for those sites that have school-age children participating in CACFP exclusively during the summer months and the ARAM program exclusively during the school year.
If this box is checked
- My Food Program will do an overnight check and move any ARAM participants that have missing or expired enrollment forms into Pending status. You should check this box if you are a child care center with school-age children participating in CACFP exclusively during the summer months and the ARAM program exclusively during the school year.
If the box is unchecked
- ARAM participant status is not changed if an enrollment form expires.

To change this setting:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.

- Scroll down to the section for "At-Risk Afterschool Meals (ARAM) Settings"
- Make your selection for the checkbox

- Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.

- This setting is only relevant if the sponsor account allows the use of the Pending status
- This setting will look at Enrollment Form dates to determine when to set a participant to Pending
- Sponsors can use Manage Site Configurations to
- set the default for this setting for new centers, site and providers and
- change the setting for existing centers, sites or providers.
- This field will be hidden if the slider for Hide Settings That Can Be Managed from the Sponsor Level is enabled

If you are a child care center with school-age children participating in CACFP exclusively during the summer months and the ARAM program exclusively during the school year, you might also want to change the setting to "Do not include ARAM participants in income and enrollment form reminders"
