Enter Training for Multiple Site-Level Users

This feature for entering training hours for multiple users is helpful for sponsors that hold group training sessions. Instead of needing to log the training for each user, sponsors can associate a training with multiple users.

To enter training hours for multiple users:
- Login as a sponsor. This will take you to the main sponsor dashboard.
- From the sponsor dashboard, click the tab that says Setup

- From the sponsor setup screen, click the button that says "Training"

- Enter the following details:
- Training Date
- Satisfies Training Requirement
- If this is selected, the remaining fields are hidden and you must select a training requirement
- Expiration Date
- Training Type
- Description
- Training Hours
- Upload Training
- Site(s): select which sites you want to include or select all.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green Save button.
