Food Shortage Policy
This policy refers to the action you would My Food Program to take if the food production record shows that not enough food was prepared to serve all children or adult day care clients that participated in the meal.
Note that this will also disallow meals without a food production record at all, because we interpret this as no food was prepared.
This policy will not impact family child care homes.
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the green tab for Setup
- Click on Sponsor Setup
- Scroll down to the checkbox labeled "Food Shortage Policy"
- Make your selection
- Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
