Foods Served With CN Labels Or Product Formulation Statement
This report provides a list of foods served with either a CN label or product formulation statement and can be run at either the sponsor level (for all active sites) or at the site level.
Run the Report at the Sponsor Level for All Sites
- Login as a sponsor user. This will take you to the main sponsor dashboard.
- From the main sponsor dashboard click on the green tab for Reports. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- Select report category Food Service Operations
- Click the hyperlink for the report titled "Foods Served With CN Labels Or Product Formulation Statement"
- Select the date range that you want for the report
- Click the green Run Report button
- Once the report has been generated, click the blue Download Report button
Run the Report for a Single Site
- Click on Reports from the main site dashboard. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- Select report category Food Service Operations Reports
- Click the hyperlink for the report titled "Foods Served With CN Labels Or Product Formulation Statement"
- Select the date range that you want for the report
- Click the green Run Report button
- Once the report has been generated, click the blue Download Report button
