Infant Food Production Record H-1530A*
*This report is only displayed if the site does Infant Menu by Name.
This report will only populate if infant meals are recorded by name. It
provides information about the food items and quantities offered to
each infant under 12 months old. It is a companion report to our Infant Menu by Name report and has all the information included on the Texas Department of Agriculture form H-1530A.
- Click on Reports on the main site dashboard. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- On the report category selection screen, click on Food Service Operations Reports.
- Click on the hyperlink titled Infant Food Production Record H-1530A. This will take you to the screen to select the report options.
- Select the date range for the report.
- Click the green Run Report button to generate a download link
- Click on the hyperlink to Download Report in PDF format.
