Infant Menu by Name Report*
*This report is only displayed if the site does Infant Menu by Name.
This report summarizes the information entered on the Infant Menu by Name screen; it lists participants under 12 months old that were checked in for each meal along with the exact food items and precise amounts offered to each. Some state agencies will refer to this report as an Infant Food Production Record.
It is only available at the site level, although all the information on this report is included in the Menu and Meal Count Claim Documentation Report that is available at the sponsor-level.
To Run the Report
- Click on Reports on the main site dashboard. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- On the report category selection screen, click on Food Service Operations Reports.
- Click on the hyperlink titled Infant Menu by Name. This will take you to the screen to select the report options.
- On the report screen, select the date range for the report.
- Click the green Run Report button to generate a download link
- Click on the hyperlink to Download Report in PDF format.
