Infant Meal Notification Report
This report provides a summary of the parent/guardian feeding preferences for infants under 12 months old. Information includes the date of parent/guardian notification and whether they are supplying formula and solid foods or whether they will accept those offered by the provider or center.
- Click on Reports from the main site dashboard.
- Select the category for Recordkeeping Reports.
- Click on the hyperlink for Infant Meal Notification Report.
- Make the report selections:
- Date Range
- Include all uploaded forms for date range selected
- Click Run Report button to generate a hyperlink.
- Click on the Download Report hyperlink to download the report as a PDF.
