Missing Infant Meal Notification
This report assists providers and centers in identifying participants under the age of 12 months without an infant form entered into My Food Program.
- Select Reports from the main site dashboard.
- Select the category for Recordkeeping Reports
- Click Run Report button to generate a hyperlink.
- Click on the Download Report hyperlink to download the report as a PDF
