Meal Count and Menu Claim Documentation
This is a sponsor-level report that reports attendance, meal counts and menus for a claim month. This report can also be run at the site-level.
To Run the Report
- Login as a sponsor user
- Click on the green tab labeled Reports. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- On the screen to select the report category, select Attendance and Meal Count Reports
- Select the claim month/year for which you want to run the report
- Select the active site(s) and inactive site(s) you want to include in the report
- Click the green Run Report button
- When the hyperlink appears, click Download Report to download the report as a PDF
