Take a Meal Count by Headcount on the Mobile Version [Feature]

This feature allows users to take a meal count by headcount and satisfies the recordkeeping requirement for meal count records. A meal count by headcount means that you are providing an overall participant count for the meal instead of marking the specific participants. In other words, a meal count by headcount tells us how many participants ate a meal, but cannot tell us who ate the meal.

- Tap or click on Meal Count & Attendance OR Headcount Attendance & Meal Count from the main MFP+ menu

- Select the date (defaults to the current date)
- Select the roster
- Select the meal
- By default all the meal types are displayed.
- If you are locked into meal service times, then the only buttons available to tap or click are those that are currently open.
- You cannot enter a headcount for a meal that hasn't started yet.

Sponsors have the option to "Display all options" for Headcount or just display a truncated version of the headcount screen. Please reference the section that applies to your configuration.
