Missing Infant Meal Notification Report (Sponsor-Level)

Report of all participants with an age under 12 months that do not have an infant meal notification letter entered into My Food Program.


  • Begin by logging in as a sponsor admin.
  • From the main dashboard, select the tab for Reports
  • From the dropdown, select Income and Enrollment Form Reports
  • Click the hyperlink for the report labeled Missing Infant Meal Notification Report.
  • Select specific site(s) or select all sites.
  • Click the green "Run Report" button to generate a hyperlink.
  • Click the Download Report hyperlink to download the report as a PDF.
