Site Principals

To track the key staff at each site, their role in the
organization and the completion of their required training.

To add a Site Principal:

  • Click on "Site Details" on the main dashboard.
  • Scroll to the "Principals" section
  • Click on the blue "Add Site Principal" button
  • Enter the fields:
    • Name (required)
    • Position
    • Birthdate
    • Last 4 SSN
    • Term Dates
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Employer
    • Job Title at Employer
    • Conflicts
    • Racial Identity: Select all or choose from:
      • American Indian or Alaskan Native
      • Asian
      • Black or African American
      • Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander
      • White
      • Unknown
    • Ethnicity
      • Hispanic or Latino
      • Not Hispanic or Latino
      • Unknown
    • Select if they
      • Can Vote
      • Receives Compensation
  • Click Save
