Site Principals

To track the key staff at each site, their role in the
organization and the completion of their required training.

To add a Site Principal:
- Click on "Site Details" on the main dashboard.

- Scroll to the "Principals" section
- Click on the blue "Add Site Principal" button
- Enter the fields:
- Name (required)
- Position
- Birthdate
- Last 4 SSN
- Term Dates
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Employer
- Job Title at Employer
- Conflicts
- Racial Identity: Select all or choose from:
- American Indian or Alaskan Native
- Asian
- Black or African American
- Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander
- White
- Unknown
- Ethnicity
- Hispanic or Latino
- Not Hispanic or Latino
- Unknown
- Select if they
- Can Vote
- Receives Compensation
- Click Save
