Print Menus for Children and Adult Day Care Clients

This feature allows you to print the menu planned for the selected date range.

There are two options:

• Child Menu Print-Ready (PDF)
• Portioned Menu Print-Ready
• Child Menu in Excel
• Child Meal Pattern Print-Ready

To print a menu:

• Click on “Menu” on the main dashboard. This will take you to the menu calendar page.

• At the top of the menu calendar page, click on the button that says “Print Menus”

• When you load the page, the date range will default to the current month. Use the custom date picker to adjust the dates that you want to print.

• Once you have entered your desired date range, click the hyperlink Select “Child Menu Print-Ready” or "Child Menu Print-Ready in Spanish". If you select the version in Spanish then the food item names will be translated.
  
• A PDF version of your menu will automatically download.
