Custom Footers

Users can set their own custom footer on their printed menu. This will ensure that footers are in compliance with state agency requirements and sponsor policies and procedures. Custom footers can be set for:

• Print-Ready Child Menu in English
• Print-Ready Child Menu in Spanish
• Print-Ready Infant Menu in English
• Print-Ready Infant Menu in Spanish

Note the print-ready infant menus are for planned facility menus only. The Infant Menu by Name Report will provide information about individual infant feeding records.

All footers have been set to the current text used in My Food Program.

To modify the footers:

• Click on “Menu” on the main dashboard. This will take you to the menu calendar page.

• At the top of the menu calendar page, click on the button that says “Print Menus”.

• Click the blue button "Edit Print-Ready Menu Footers".

• Change the copy in the appropriate field(s) and click the green save button at the bottom.
