Require Facility Infant Menus Before Meal Counts

This is a checkbox at the site-level under Site Details in the section "Attendance & Meal Count Settings".


Only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox.

If this  box is checked, providers or centers are required to enter a planned infant menu before they can take meal counts.


A few important notes about this feature:

  1. It only works for providers or centers doing infant menu by date.
  2. Since this is a requirement prior to meal counts, we do not know if an infant will be checked in for the meal. Therefore, the system will require an infant menu all the time.
