School District Calendars [Feature]
This feature allows users to designate school district closures so that children are automatically marked as Meal Outside of Schedule if they eat a meal not on their typical schedule because they are in care when they are normally at school.
To use this feature:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin.
- Click on the green button for Setup.
- Click on School District Calendars.
To add a new closure:
- Click the blue +Add New District Closure button in the upper right.
- Select the School District from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Start Date.
- Enter the End Date.
- Select the Meal Types.
- Click the green Save button.
- Once saved you can add another closure or use the hyperlinks in the breadcrumbs menu to return to the School District Calendar screen.
To view existing closures:
- Fill out the following fields on the screen:
- Select the School District from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Start Date.
- Enter the End Date.
- Select the Meal Types.
- Click the green View Existing Closures button.
- The closures that meet the criteria of your selections will display in the table below.
