Send Email When New 'Notes To Sponsor' Entered on a Site

Check this box if you would like to receive an email notification when a provider or center types a note in the box called “Notes to Sponsor” (1). Below is what the email notification looks like, which includes both the date that the note was entered and the date to which the note applies (2). Make sure that you also have your email address entered in Sponsor Setup.
