View the Ready Records forms [Feature]
This only applies to those using Ready Records.
This feature allows users to view what the Ready Records forms for their state will look like.
To use this feature:
- For Centers: Visit CACFP Sample Forms & Instructions for Child Care Centers and select your state from the dropdown menu.
- For Homes: Visit CACFP Sample Forms for Family Child Care Homes and select your state from the dropdown menu.
