Approve Ready Records Paperwork in Bulk [Feature]
This only applies to those using Ready Records.

This feature allows users to approve enrollment, income and infant forms in bulk.

To use this feature:
- Log in as a Sponsor Admin user.
- Click on the green Ready Records button from the main dashboard.

You will see a Data Grid of all of the pending forms with the ability to:
- Rearrange column order
- Sort, filter, and
- Update the status in bulk

To approve or edit a single form:
- Click the Edit button in the left column.
- The edit box will pop-up where you can change the following:
- Status: change to Approved. Please note that if you have selected to require a second user to approve the form, the first user will update the status from Pending to Reviewed; and the second user will update the status from Reviewed to Approved.
- First Effective Month
- Last Effective Month
- Free / Reduced / Paid: determine if the form should be classified as Free, Reduced or Paid using either the case number displayed on the screen or the household size and income information in the Income Category Calculator.
- Reason: select and complete the case number if necessary.
- You can also edit the following fields:
- Household Size
- Annual Income
- Monthly Income
- Twice Per Month Income
- Every Two Weeks Income
- Weekly Income
- Notes
- Enrollment Effective Date
- Enrollment Expiration Date

To approve forms in bulk:
- Click the checkbox on the far left for all the forms that you would like to approve.
- Once all forms are selected, click the blue Edit # selected button on the top right.
- Select Approved, or the appropriate status, from the dropdown. Please note that if you have selected to require a second user to approve the form, the first user will update the status from Pending to Reviewed; and the second user will update the status from Reviewed to Approved.
- The system will also notify you if some status options are not available due to missing signatures or other steps.
- Click the blue Apply button.
- When you have made all your changes, be sure to click the green Save button on the upper right.

If you have unsaved changes, the table will be highlighted in yellow with a notice that there are Unsaved changes on the top right. There will also be a brown edit icon (pencil) to the right of the Edit box on each row that has changes. Be sure to click the green Save button.
