Assigning Sites and Review Forms to Sponsor Reporters

Sponsor Reporters are employees that conduct review visits. Sponsor Reporters:

  • See only those centers and providers to which they are assigned when they first open the site list
  • Have view-only access at the site level
  • Can only run certain reports


Only Sponsor Admin users can create or manage Sponsor Reporters

Assigning Sites to a Sponsor Reporter

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin user. This will take you to the sponsor dashboard
  • Click on the green tab for "Users" at the top of the sponsor dashboard. This will take you to the Sponsor User List.
  • On the Sponsor User List, click on the name of the Sponsor Reporter. This will take you to the Sponsor User Profile.
  • On the Sponsor User Profile, click the dropdown menu next to "Specific Sites" and select the site(s) that you want to assign to the user.
  • When you are done, click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the page.


Any Sponsor User that is assigned to a site will have their name listed in Site Details under "Monitor" as well as on the main site dashboard under the site name.

Assigning Specific Review Forms to a Sponsor Reporter

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin user. This will take you to the sponsor dashboard
  • Click on the green tab for "Users" at the top of the sponsor dashboard. This will take you to the Sponsor User List.
  • On the Sponsor User List, click on the name of the Sponsor Reporter. This will take you to the Sponsor User Profile.
  • On the Sponsor User Profile, click the dropdown menu next to "Specific Audit Forms" and select the form(s) that you want to assign to the user.
  • When you are done, click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
