Auto Fill In Facility Closure Time If Missing "Out" Time

This is a checkbox at the site-level under Site Details in the section "Attendance & Meal Count Settings".

Only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox.

This feature is available for sites that are required to keep in/out times. Check this box to have My Food Program auto-fill the participant “out” time with the time that the family child care home or center closes for the day if no “out” time is entered.

The “out” times are filled in each time that the provider, center or sponsor clicks “Check for Errors” or “Submit to Sponsor”.
