Carry over left over meals from previous open day (Headcount Only)

This setting controls whether leftover meals are automatically carried over from one day to the next.

To change this setting for a single center or site:

• Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.

Sites doing headcount meal counts that select this option will automatically carryover leftovers from the prior day on which the site was open.

• Scroll down to Attendance & Meal Count Settings.

• Make your selection for the box labeled Carry over leftover meals from previous open day (Headcount Only)
• Select which meal types you to automatically carry over

• If this box is checked, then for the meal type(s) selected, leftover from one day will automatically populate the field "Meals Available from Previous Days" for the next open day

• If this box is not checked or the meal type(s) is not selected, then leftover meals will not automatically carry over to the next open day.

Note that the site needs to be set to headcount meal counts and the checkbox in Site Details called "Display all Options on Meal Count Screen" needs to be checked for this to function properly.

To change this setting for multiple centers or sites:

• Login as a Sponsor Admin
• Click on the Setup tab

• Click on the “Manage Site Configurations” button.

• In the upper-right corner, select the center or sites for which you want to change the setting
• In the policy list on the left column, select the box for Carry over left over meals from previous open day (Headcount Only) and select the meal type(s)

• Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green button to Apply checked fields to selected sites

To change the default for this setting for new centers or sites:

• Login as a Sponsor Admin
• Click on the Setup tab

• Click on the “Manage Site Configurations” button.

• In the policy list on the left column, select the box for Carry over left over meals from previous open day (Headcount Only) and select the meal type(s)

• Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green button to Save Configuration for future sites.
