Claims Spreadsheet [Report - Sponsor Version]
This report contains all the information about claims in a comprehensive spreadsheet.
To run this report:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin.
- Click on the Claims button.
- Click on the button for Claims Reports.
- Scroll down to the Claims subcategory and make the appropriate selections:
- Report Type
- Family Day Care Homes Only
- Summer Food Only
- All Other Site Types
- Payment Amounts Only
- Total Meal Counts Only
- Meal Type Data as Columns (please note if you select this option you will see a data grid with the ability to filter the columns onscreen and then download from there)
- Start Date (defaults to the prior calendar month)
- End Date (defaults to the prior calendar month)
