Claims Spreadsheet
Sometimes sponsors need all the information about claims. This report is a comprehensive spreadsheet with all claim information. If you would prefer a PDF report, with one page per claim you should run the Claim Summary with Disallowed Meals Report instead.
To run the report:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the Claims Tab
- Click on the button for Claims Reports
Make the appropriate selections:
- Site Type
- Family Day Care Homes Only
- Summer Food Only
- All Other Site Types
- Payment Amounts Only
- Total Meal Counts Only
- Meal Type Data as Columns
- Date Range (defaults to the prior calendar month)
