State Agency Export Files
These reports allow sponsors to export a file that can be uploaded to their state agency system in order to create claims, create or update site applications and conduct Direct Certification.
To run a state agency export file:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the green Claims Tab
- Click on the button for Claims Reports
- Click on State Agency Export Files
- Select the state and site type that matches your sponsor and claim month
- Enter the required information
- Click Generate Report to create a hyperlink
- Click the Download Report hyperlink to download the file
Note that you will need to upload this file into your state agency system to file your claim. There is no direct connection between My Food Program and state agency claiming systems.
Below are the file specifications that match the My Food Program file. If your state agency changes or updates the software they use to accept claim files, please contact My Food Program and provide the updated specifications.
